What is the last day to place my order for Christmas delivery?
To ensure your Rabbits arrive by Christmas, we recommend placing your order by 18th December for UK and 16th December for rest of the world.

Do you offer gift wrapping for Christmas orders?
All our products come wrapped in branded tissue and in a HAM gift box, except prints which are supplied flat and tissue wrapped.

Can I include a gift message?
You can add a personalised message to your order in the basket just above the check out button. This will be printed on the packing slip which is placed inside the parcel. No prices are shown on the paperwork that will accompany your order.

Are your orders delivered in branded boxes?
All HAM orders are dispatched in branded packaging. If you need to keep the delivery a secret, let us know as soon as you can and we will wrap the box in plain brown paper.

What should I do if my Christmas gift is a present for someone else and I need to return or exchange it?
We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. If your gift recipient needs to make a return or swap for a different Rabbit just drop us a line before 30th January 2025. Be sure to keep the order confirmation for easier processing. Please note the cost of return postage is the senders responsibility.

Your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery address.

HAM aims to deliver all mainland UK orders within 1-4 working days. Sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather or during busy times like Christmas, deliveries may take a little longer.

We work with a talented team of ceramic specialists to craft the whiteware, screen print the Rabbits and hand decorate the mugs. After their final fire in the kiln, our potter sends the Rabbits to HAM HQ, where we check, wrap and box them up ready for new homes.
