What is the last day to place my order for Christmas delivery?
To ensure your Rabbits arrive by Christmas, we recommend placing your order by 18th December for UK and 16th December for rest of the world.

Do you offer gift wrapping for Christmas orders?
All our products come wrapped in branded tissue and in HAM gift box, except prints which are supplied flat and tissue wrapped.

Can I include a gift message?
You can add a personalised message to your order in the basket just above the check out button. This will be printed on the packing slip which is place inside the parcel. No prices are shown on the paperwork that will accompany your order.

Are your orders delivered in branded boxes?
All HAM orders are dispatched in branded packaging. If you need to keep the delivery a secret, let us know as soon as you can and we will wrap the box in plain brown paper.

What should I do if my Christmas gift is a gift for someone else and I need to return or exchange it?
We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. If your gift recipient needs to make a return or swap for a different Rabbit just drop us a line before 30th January 2025. Be sure to keep the order confirmation for easier processing. Please note the cost of return postage is the senders responsibility.

HAM aims to deliver all mainland UK orders within 1-4 working days. Sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather or during busy times like Christmas, deliveries may take a little longer.

All HAM artwork is screen printed by hand. Our brilliant print specialist Sam, works meticulously with each design – first transferring the image to silk screen to create the stencil and then pulling each print individually by pushing ink through the screen's mesh using a squeegee. For our gold prints, after printing the black, Sam repeats the printing process in gold ink where needed and then again with a special glue before applying the 24 carat gold leaf by hand. Once dry Jo checks, signs and dates before carefully packaging up each Rabbit ready for its new home.
