HAM aims to deliver all mainland UK orders within 2-5 working days. Sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather or during busy times like Christmas, deliveries may take a little longer.

Unfortunately we are currently not shipping the Rabbits to EU countries. Many apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. Please keep in touch as we’re hoping to restart our European deliveries very soon.

We work with a talented team of ceramic specialists to craft the whiteware, screen print the Rabbits and hand decorate the mugs. After their final fire in the kiln, our potter sends the Rabbits to HAM HQ, where we check, wrap and box them up ready for new homes.
